When IMC Construction Company needed a General Trades / Carpentry Partner they could depend on to complete a new world Headquarters’ project for an important client, they turned to Wallworks to get it done.
The Project is a new, single-story, 35,000SF headquarters within the Atwater Business Complex in Malvern, PA. This project includes office/warehouse shell, interior fit-out, and four acres of onsite improvements.
As the General Trades Subcontractor on the project, Wallworks’ scope of work drove the fast schedule of the project. This included the exterior cold formed metal framing; Interior framing, insulation, and drywall; as well as a variety of acoustic and specialty ceilings.
By ensuring manpower, incorporating technology, collaboration on the project, the teams improved manpower efficiency, improved quality, reduce scheduled delays and saved costs. The use of new tech, good project management and strong field operations has become essential to success at Wallworks.
